Job Title: Program Manager with BI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Tableau, and enterprise reporting to lead complex BI and data transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end BI, analytics, reporting, and data transformation programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Manage program governance, roadmap, scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Tableau, Power BI, SQL, data visualization, dashboards, and BI platforms.
- Drive Tableau/BI modernization, reporting transformation, self-service analytics, and data-driven initiatives.
- Partner with business, technology, data, and senior executive stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and program outcomes.
- Lead geographically distributed teams and coordinate multiple projects/workstreams.
- Provide executive-level status reporting, presentations, RAID management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure data quality, governance, controls,



and reporting standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and modernization of BI capabilities.
- Manage vendor/client relationships and support delivery across complex banking environments.

Required Skills

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Program/Project Management background.
- Strong experience managing BI / Data Analytics / Reporting programs.
- Excellent expertise in Tableau; strong understanding of Power BI is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with Azure / Databricks and cloud-based analytics environments is preferred.
- Strong banking/financial services experience, preferably with large Canadian banks.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Protected methodologies, PMO governance, RAID management, and delivery management.
- PMP, PMI, SAFe, or equivalent certification is an asset.
