Role Description

- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through deployment and stabilization
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules RAID logs governance artifacts and status reports
- Manage scope timelines budget resource allocation and dependencies across workstreams
- Drive Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on program needs
- Facilitate project governance meetings steering committees sprint ceremonies and executive reviews
- Act as Functional SME for Reinsurance LOBs
- Translate business requirements into solution plans and delivery roadmaps
- Collaborate with underwriting actuarial finance and operations teams to define future state processes
- Stakeholder Management
- Risks Change Management
- Release Management

Technical Skills Secondary Nice To Have NOT MANDATORY

- Experience with Reinsurance platforms such as Sapiens SRM
- Knowledge of insurance reinsurance data models
- Exposure to cloud transformation and data modernization programs
- Experience working with global insurers reinsurers brokers or reinsurance operations organizations
