Peterson is hiring a licensed Property Manager who enjoys being hands-on and directly involved in property operations, tenant service, financial performance, and project execution. This role supports a residential rental portfolio with exposure to leasing strategy, budgeting, service contracts, capital projects, owner and investor reporting, and stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll focus on

- Regular site visits, building standards, suite condition, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on management of operating costs, service contracts, work orders, renovations, and capital projects.
- Leasing strategy, marketing, promotions, and initiatives to support low vacancy.
- Tenant service, escalated concerns, tenant events, rent increases, and arrears follow-up.
- Operating and capital budgets, property financials, variance analysis, and owner/investor reporting.
- Property-specific projects, including redevelopments, tenant relocation, and new development stabilization.

What you bring

- Valid Rental Property Management licence under the BCFSA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Real Estate,



Urban Land, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing residential rental properties and delivering strong customer service.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, Real Estate Services Act, PIPA, and property financials.
- Yardi experience and advanced Microsoft Office skills are assets.

Salary range: $81,000 to $96,000 per annum (based on experience). We are an equal opportunity employer.
