Job Summary
Join our dynamic property management team as a Property Management Accounting and Administrative ! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, seamless administrative support, and excellent customer service. Duties
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Buildium property management software, including rent collections, expense tracking, and vendor payments
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure all property-related information is current and organized
- Handle administrative responsibilities such as filing, document management, and preparing reports for property managers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist with lease administration, including renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and related documentation
- Support property management activities through coordination of maintenance requests and tracking service completion in Property Meld.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all property documents and correspondence to ensure quick retrieval and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience with Buildium or similar property management software is highly preferred
- Strong office experience with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience in a real estate or property management setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of property management operations, including rent collection, lease administration, and vendor coordination
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong customer service skills to build positive tenant relationships
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance tenant engagement and communication
- Experience with filing systems, data entry accuracy, and maintaining organized records in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities is a plus
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask efficiently
Join us in delivering outstanding property management services! This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your skills will grow while making a meaningful impact on our tenants’ experience. Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
