TYCROP is looking for a QC Electrician to join our team in Chilliwack-Rosedale location.

Responsibilities:

- Inspect the installation of components and systems according to approved standards, specifications, codes, and client requirements.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment such as measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including notes on compliance and non-compliance.
- Create and keep record of detailed work instruction, and check lists
- Ensure that equipment meets industry safety standards and regulations.
- Organize and keep track of production parts, tools, and flow of carts
- Participate in internal and client inspections/audits
- Essure safety and quality procedures are followed on site.
- Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Valid BC Certificate of Red Seal Interprovincial Certification
- Industrial Electrician Certification 5+ years of experience in welding inspection/QC
- Familiarity with electrical codes and standards
