Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration options, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications accurately and efficiently in accordance with government regulations.
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Maintain detailed case files and documentation for each client to support application processes and audits.
- Communicate clearly with clients throughout the process, explaining complex information in an understandable manner.
- Liaise with government agencies, legal professionals,
and other stakeholders as needed to facilitate smooth application processing.
- Ensure all work adheres to the regulatory standards set by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or relevant governing body.
Skills
- Valid registration as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the ICCRC or equivalent regulatory authority.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
