We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Real Estate Runner / Field Support team member to assist our busy real estate team with day-to-day listing and operational needs.

This is primarily an on-the-road, hands-on role that requires regular driving to properties and other locations throughout the day. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

- Install and remove lockboxes, signs, and other listing materials
- Deliver marketing packages, feature sheets, client gifts, and other materials
- Complete property visits to ensure homes are ready for showings, photography, open houses, and listing launches
- Pick up and drop off keys, documents, supplies, and other items as needed
- Run miscellaneous errands and complete operational tasks that support the sales team
- Assist with light administrative duties, including scheduling, email correspondence,



and organizing listing documents
- Communicate with team members throughout the day regarding completed tasks, property updates, and any issues that arise

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is available to work approximately 20–40 hours per week
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Is comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday driving between locations
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Is dependable, punctual, and responsive
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Is flexible and comfortable with day-to-day responsibilities changing based on the needs of the team

Mileage and gas will be reimbursed for work-related travel. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
