Kings Heritage Christian Childcare has an opening for an energetic, creative, and experienced RECE. We are growing very fast and we are building a team of passionate educators to provide outstanding child care service in the region of Niagara. We are a Christian daycare center, therefore our play based curricula are implemented within a Christian faith framework as we foster Christian values like love, peace, integrity, honesty, unity, respect and responsibility.

The candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Weekly indoor and Outdoor programming
- Ensuring the health and safety off all children in their care
- Diaper/toileting duties
- Following all of the schools policies and procedures
- Communicating daily with parents and other co-workers in a friendly and kind manner
- Working cooperatively with all team members to ensure an enriching and safe school for children
- Planning and delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum for ALL children in the classroom
- Providing clear and transparent communications with all levels of the childcare including school staff, families/parents, the ministry,



community and other agencies.
- sensitivity and understanding of diverse cultures, lifestyles and socio-economic backgrounds
- Attending regular staff meetings
- Strong analytical, organizational time management skills
- Willing to participate in minimum 12 hours per annum of Professional Learning Development
- Flexible to work in Infant, Toddler and Preschool
- Flexible to perform other safe task as instructed by the Supervisor due to the need of the daycare
- Candidates must be registered with and in good standing with the College of ECE.
- Certified in Standard First Aid and CPR training.
- Clear Police Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Hours will be 4 to 8hrs from 8:00-5 pm Monday through Friday.

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour
