Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial units.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
- Perform plumbing work related to refrigeration lines and drainage systems as needed.
- Conduct welding repairs on refrigeration components and related equipment to ensure durability and safety.
- Carry out appliance repairs related to refrigeration units, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Follow safety protocols during maintenance procedures and document all work performed accurately.
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with refrigeration systems in commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with reading schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of safety standards relevant to refrigeration maintenance work is essential.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
