Armor Haulage Inc. is a growing transportation company operating our own fleet of trucks and trailers. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and manage direct client relationships throughout Ontario and the Montreal territory, as well as Canada-wide accounts when required.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is ideal for a sales professional who is confident, personable, and comfortable meeting clients in person and closing deals.

Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new direct clients through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Ontario and the Montreal territory
- Present transportation and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing in alignment with company policies
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Track leads, activities, and sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure high service levels

Qualifications





- Proven experience in sales or business development (transportation/logistics experience is an asset)
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable traveling within Ontario and the Montreal territory as required
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must reside in Ontario

Compensation

- Commission structure will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and performance.
