We are looking for an experienced RDA to join our growing team! We have an existing established office that is thriving; and we are ready to add a new team member. If you are looking for a company to grow in your career, and become a part of a close knit team-this is the place for you!

The ideal candidate will be responsible, punctual, friendly and patient focused. We are all apart of a team-and as such help each other out in every aspect of the practice. Evenings and Saturdays will be required.

After the probationary period has ended; the employee will be eligible for the bonus system along with dental care benefits. Responsibilities

- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures,



ensuring all necessary tools and materials are ready for use.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. (PSP)
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using dental software systems.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures within the practice.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and practice efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour
