SmileCode Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Registered Dental Assistant for an immediate, full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate is a friendly, hard-working RDA who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role is suited for a robust clinical assistant with leadership experience who is passionate about patient care, supports team development, and contributes to a positive and professional workplace culture as our practice continues to grow.

Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred; we are willing to invest in the right candidate
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to train and mentor dental assistants
- Strong commitment to exceptional patient care and service excellence
- Proficient in chairside assisting for a wide range of procedures, including temporary crowns and rubber dams
- Solid understanding of infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and sterilization protocols
- Thorough knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and operatory setup
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including patient education and treatment support
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, mature, adaptable, and professional demeanor
- Experience with Dentrix dental software is an asset




- Fluent in English
