We are currently seeking a Registered Kinesiologist and/or Athletic Therapist who is passionate about concussion management and post-injury rehabilitation. In this role, you will work closely with our CCMI-certified Chiropractor to support concussion patients at every stage of their recovery journey, from initial testing to guided treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with baseline concussion testing, including both physical and cognitive components
· Support post-concussion care, including cognitive training, symptom management, patient education, and guided rehabilitation
· Track and record patient progress through individualized treatment plans
· Educate patients and families about PCS and recovery pathways
· Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team
· Work with a wide demographic of concussion patients: athletes, motor vehicle accident victims, workplace injury cases, etc.
· Communicate with the patient’s primary therapist to discuss updates in their condition, recommend treatment modifications, and share clinical insights.
· Maintain thorough documentation by completing SOAP notes for each patient interaction.
· Deliver care that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.
What We’re Looking For:
· Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario
· Demonstrated interest or experience in concussion management, neurorehabilitation, or related fields
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a collaborative care team
· Comfortable with documentation, symptom tracking, and education delivery
· Familiarity with CCMI protocols is a strong asset
