Elevation Rehab is looking for a motivated and personable Kinesiologist (sub-contractor) to join our team at our Club16 Surrey and/or South Surrey locations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic gym-based rehab environment, delivering high-quality 1-on-1 care to clients recovering from injury and working toward improved function and performance.

You’ll be working with a diverse caseload including ICBC-funded clients, private patients, and individuals focused on strength, mobility, and long-term health. Our model emphasizes active, exercise-based rehabilitation in a real gym setting—no crowded clinic rooms, just practical, results-driven care.

What You’ll Do:

- Deliver 1-on-1 kinesiology sessions tailored to each client’s goals and recovery stage
- Design and progress individualized rehab and exercise programs
- Work collaboratively with physiotherapy partners and our internal team
- Track client progress and maintain clear, professional documentation




- Build strong relationships with clients to support long-term success

What We’re Looking For:

- Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working independently in a gym environment
- Passion for active rehab and client-centered care
- Experience with ICBC clients is an asset
