- Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and address any concerns
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided, client progress,



and treatment outcomes in compliance with licensing standards
- Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

- Valid registration or licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulatory bodies
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that fosters trust and rapport
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in therapeutic or clinical massage is preferred but not required; training provided for recent graduates
