- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions,
and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body.
- Prior experience in providing massage therapy in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and foster positive client relationships.
