Back2Life Physiotherapy is a new multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Winnipeg dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centred care in a welcoming and professional environment.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working collaboratively alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who would like to build and grow their caseload within a modern rehabilitation clinic. New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Provide safe, professional, evidence-informed massage therapy services based on individual patient needs.
- Assess patients and develop appropriate massage therapy treatment plans within the RMT scope of practice.
- Educate patients regarding treatment, self-management strategies, and general wellness as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other members of the rehabilitation team when appropriate.




- Follow clinic policies, infection-control procedures, and professional standards.
- Manage appointments and documentation using Jane App.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive clinic workplace.

Qualifications

- Must be legally eligible to practise massage therapy in Manitoba and meet all current provincial registration/professional requirements applicable to the position.
- Must maintain professional liability insurance as required for practice.
- Previous clinical experience is an asset; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $60.00-$84.00 per hour
