We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to support our clients’ recovery and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the rehabilitation team.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage, tailored to clients’ needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques to enhance recovery.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to integrate massage therapy into comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications:

- Valid state license or certification in massage therapy.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology,



and massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.

Compensation: This position operates on a 60/40 split, providing therapists with 60% of the revenue generated from their services, with 40% going to the clinic.
