Registered Massage Therapist – Full-Time | Red Deer, Alberta

Pay: $60.00–$75.00 per hour

Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Red Deer, Alberta.

Our clinic has an established patient base, consistent demand for massage therapy, and strong referral relationships within our multidisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to join an active practice with administrative support, private treatment space, and opportunities to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

We are looking for an RMT who is interested in making Stride their primary clinic and becoming a connected member of our team. Experience providing therapeutic and deeper-pressure massage techniques is an asset based on current patient demand.

The Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Stride, you will:

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic massage based on patient presentation, preferences, and goals
- Incorporate a variety of massage techniques within your training and scope of practice
- Build professional therapeutic relationships with patients
- Provide appropriate education and recommendations to support patient progress
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team when appropriate
- Contribute to a professional, supportive, and collaborative clinic setting

Qualifications

Applicants should

- Be a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta
- Have previous experience working as an RMT in a clinical setting
- Be comfortable managing a varied patient caseload
- Have strong therapeutic massage skills; experience with deeper-pressure techniques is an asset
- Provide individualized, patient-centred care
- Demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Be professional, reliable, and organized
- Be comfortable working independently while also valuing multidisciplinary collaboration




- Be interested in continued professional learning and development
- Be seeking a full-time opportunity and interested in developing a long-term practice
