Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Resident Physiotherapist to join our energetic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients across various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Responsibilities

- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on their needs and medical history
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance mobility and reduce pain
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and health maintenance strategies
- Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient management
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff or interns when necessary

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid registration or licensing with relevant health authorities or professional bodies
- Prior hospital experience demonstrating familiarity with acute care environments
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment techniques
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining compassionate patient care
