Living Independently for Equality (LIFE) is looking for full-time Residential Supervisor

Applicants are required to have experience working with person's with developmental disabilities, brain injury and mental health concerns. Supervisory experience is an asset.

Other requirements would be

- First Aid/CPR
- Clean criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Drivers abstract.
- computer experience.
- HCA and enrolled in the Alberta HCA Directory.

The successful applicant would be responsible for:
- Scheduling and overseeing staff.
- Direct care for individuals which may include aides to daily living, assistance with person hygiene, meal planning/shopping/preparation, medication administration.
- Banking, budgeting, and completion of required financial documentation.
- Support community access for the individuals ensuring quality outings as priority.




- Assisting individuals in making and attending required appointments.
- Ensure required documentation is completed by staff and that it is submitted to the LIFE office monthly or as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Behavioral Support Plans and Individual Service Plans.
- Are expected to be on-call and able to respond as required to their home project.
- Other tasks deemed necessary.

Pay: $22.90-$27.80 per hour
