Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and consistency
- Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and resolve any operational issues quickly
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the restaurant and kitchen areas

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; bartending or barista experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Previous restaurant management or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
