Position: Retail Sales Associate

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Role Overview

Appliance Kingdom Inc. requires a results-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive revenue and control the customer experience at our Edmonton location. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing lifecycle and hitting strict sales targets on premium appliance inventory. We need a closer who understands technical specifications and can confidently manage the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive on-floor sales and aggressively close deals on household and commercial appliances.
- Assist customers with technical product inquiries, specifications, dimensional requirements, and financing options.




- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage incoming inventory staging.
- Maintain a pristine, high-standard showroom presentation at all times.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or direct customer-facing sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals.
- Ability to quickly absorb and confidently pitch technical product specifications.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of executing daily operations in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
