We're looking for an enthusiastic, mature, and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!

- What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy Make outbound sales calls to leads who’ve shown interest in our products Greet and assist customers in our showroom – conduct engaging product demonstrations Educate customers on the benefits and features of our sleep & wellness products Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and manage inventory Collaborate with remote colleagues to support customers and close sales Open and close the showroom punctually and responsibly Build trust with every interaction – with kindness, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
- What You Bring

Strong face-to-face and phone-based sales experience Confidence in explaining product features and overcoming objections Friendly, positive,



and mature demeanor with a natural ability to build rapport Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (InfusionSoft experience a plus)Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team Available for showroom hours, including some evenings and weekends

COMPENSATION

- $40,000 - $70,000 per year
- Hourly wage, PLUS
- Commissions, PLUS
- Sales Incentives & Competitions!

SCHEDULE

- Full-Time, 7 hour shift: 10am - 5:00pm
- 4-6 days / week: Weekdays and Weekends

EXPERIENCE

- At least 1 years in a Sales Role
- Furniture or Mattress Sales (Preferred)
