Position: Retail Sales Manager

Compensation: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Role Overview Appliance Kingdom Inc. requires a decisive, results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead operations at our Edmonton storefront. This role demands an operator who can optimize team performance, manage store KPIs, and aggressively grow our regional market share. You are not just managing the floor; you are responsible for driving top-line revenue and holding your sales team strictly accountable to performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and manage the retail sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, floor inventory staging, and rapid merchandising execution.




- Track and analyze daily sales metrics to implement immediate operational improvements on the floor.
- Handle high-level customer escalations, resolve bottlenecks, and step in to close complex deals alongside your team.

Requirements

- Proven management or supervisory experience within a rapid-paced retail, high-ticket, or direct sales environment.
- Demonstrated track record of executing strategies that consistently hit and exceed sales KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and operational management skills.
- Ability to train, evaluate, and ruthlessly optimize a high-performing sales pipeline.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
