Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially technology products
- Provide knowledgeable advice on product selection, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight promotional items
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks such as restocking, cleaning,



and checkout are completed efficiently

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication, patience, and problem-solving
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
