We are currently looking to fill a vacant position. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing breakdowns. You will work from start to finish on heavy-duty diesel trucks directly at the customer location to get them safely operating again.

This position may require future on-call service responsiblitlies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

- Respond to customer service calls in an as needed basis
- Repair units on site at customers locations
- Maintain clean & organized service truck
- Manage repairs until fully completed
- Complete & maintain online/instructor led training
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality repairs
- Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Driver's License G Class (Preferred), DZ an asset
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (Required).
- Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks in a dealership environment (Required).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.




- Ability to read and interpret service manuals and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and computer-based repair systems. Such as Diagnosticlink, Cummins Insite, Wabco Toolbox, Service Ranger, Allison Doc, Bendix Acom.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding workplace.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize customer needs
- Must provide your own tools to equip the company service truck. Some shop tools are provided
- Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekend when necessary
- ODP certification
- Bilingual an asset (English/French)
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
