Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roofer/Shingler to run a crew /Roofer Labour to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in roofing and construction while contributing to high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the installation of roofing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to run a CREW.
- And deal with the customers.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fastening roofing components.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support efficient workflow.
- Clean and tiddy work site daily
- Support carpentry tasks related to roof framing or structural repairs as needed.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing systems.




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, utility knives, and measuring tapes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installation or repair tasks.
- Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and construction plans is advantageous.
- Experience with caulking or sealing techniques is a plus.
- Strong handyman skills or carpentry experience will be highly regarded.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
