The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and Experienced Roofer to join our crew. If you are a hard worker who takes pride in your trade, enjoys working outdoors, and wants a stable, year-round career with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Tear off and prepare residential roofs for re-roofing.
- Install underlayments, ice and water shields, and flashing systems.
- Install fiberglass laminate shingles according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
- Inspect roofs for structural damage or rot and report findings to the foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Set up and utilize safety equipment, including fall-protection systems, in accordance with WorkSafeBC regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Proven experience in residential roofing and shingle application (specifically fiberglass laminate shingles).
- Robust working knowledge of residential re-roofing processes, flashing details, and roof ventilation.
- Fall Protection Certification is required (or willingness to obtain/renew immediately).
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights, on sloped surfaces, and in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to get to the shop or job sites around the Parksville/Qualicum area.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take instruction from the foreman with a constructive attitude.
