About the Role

RPA Developer

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale UiPath RPA solutions.
- Develop end-to-end automation using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, and AI Center.
- Integrate Agentic AI and GenAI capabilities, including intelligent agents, copilots, document understanding, and workflow orchestration.
- Implement OCR, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Automate web, Citrix, mainframe, and attended/unattended bot processes using C#, .NET, Python, and REST APIs.
- Apply knowledge of Process Mining, Task Mining, CI/CD, version control, and automation deployment best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, solve problems, and manage relationships with a focus on secure,



scalable, high-impact automation.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale UiPath RPA solutions.

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework, and AI Center for end-to-end automation development.
- Experience integrating Agentic AI and GenAI capabilities, including intelligent agents, copilots, document understanding, and workflow orchestration.
- Proficient in OCR, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Python, REST APIs, and automating web, Citrix, mainframe, and attended/unattended bot processes.
- Knowledge of Process Mining, Task Mining, CI/CD, version control, and automation deployment best practices.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills focused on secure, scalable, high-impact automation.
