Inc., safety, efficiency, and reliability are at the core of our operations. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Safety &

- Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Stoney Creek. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high safety standards, onboarding skilled drivers, and ensuring full compliance across our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

- Driver Onboarding &
- Recruitment:

Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for both company drivers and owner-operators.

- Road Testing &

- Evaluations:

Conduct practical road tests and pre-hire driver evaluations to ensure vehicle control, safety awareness, and operational skills.

- Compliance &

- Hours of Service (HOS):

Audit and monitor driver logbooks, ELD systems, and Hours of Service compliance to ensure alignment with Canadian and U.S. DOT regulations.

- Safety Protocols: Enforce company safety policies, including pre-trip brake alignments, mirror positioning, cargo temperature pulping, reefer logs,



and trailer load/seal verifications.

- Fleet Documentation: Maintain driver qualification files, abstract reviews, medical certificates, and carrier onboarding compliance.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial trucking safety, compliance, or safety administration.

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) rules, MTO/DOT compliance regulations, and ELD management systems.

- Hands-on Skills: Valid Class AZ (or equivalent) license with proven ability to conduct driver road tests and equipment evaluations.

- Recruitment: Familiarity with carrier and driver onboarding, background checks, and abstract vetting.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to driver safety and support.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
