Job Summary

This role will manage safety, compliance and permitting across our transportation group, including asset-based trucking, heavy haul/open-deck operations, brokerage and cross-border freight operations.

This role will report to the Director, Dispatch & Compliance The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a highly safety-focused operation and scalable compliance infrastructure across our brokerage and asset operations.

A major focus of this role will be leading our COR implementation and audit preparation process and support long-term compliance initiatives. Previous experience with COR, Avetta, ISNetworld and similar compliance programs is considered a robust asset.

Responsibilities will include

- NSC/FMCSA compliance oversight
- COR implementation and audit preparation
- Avetta / ISNetworld management
- Safety policy development and implementation
- Driver files, onboarding and training




- Fleet safety and maintenance compliance
- Permit and oversize coordination
- Incident management and investigations
- Ongoing operational compliance oversight
