Sales Associate – Expedition Luggage

New Sudbury Centre, Sudbury, Ontario

Expedition Luggage is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Current Sudbury Centre.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Help customers select luggage, backpacks, handbags, wallets and travel accessories
- Explain product features and recommend products based on customer needs
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
- Maintain a clean and professional store environment
- Work toward individual and store sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred
- Previous experience in luggage or travel-goods sales is an asset
- Strong communication and customer-service skills




- Comfortable approaching customers and actively selling
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Available to work mall hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to lift and handle luggage and merchandise
