Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant / Designer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, conducting consultations, creating kitchen and cabinetry designs, and managing projects from initial concept through final sale.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and commercial clients.
- Conduct on-site measurements and project assessments.
- Design kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry using design software.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Guide clients through product selections, materials, finishes, and layouts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Coordinate with production, project management, and installation teams.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in kitchen design, cabinetry sales, interior design, or related industries.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.




- Experience with design software such as 2020 Design, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar programs is an asset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

Compensation Earning potential: $60,000 to $120,000+ annually based on experience and performance.
