As a manager, you will be taking on the responsibility of operating the store with the assistance of the store manager of ScanDesigns Kelowna and the regional manager, you will be responsible for creating an excellent customer and employee experience while achieving sales targets and promotional results for your store. You will provide the guidance and leadership for a sales team within an inspiring furniture store.

Our stores are open daily and on weekends,



so we are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts and be present in our locations during peak customer times (i.e. weekdays, and weekends)

What You Will Do

- Operate the store with confidence and creativity
- Lead with passion and drive the sales and meet and exceed store targets
- Manage store merchandising and inventory

What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Sales Management preferably in furniture or luxury retail
- Experience developing top sales teams and stretching individuals to their full potential
- Ability to effectively communicate – provide and receive feedback in the moment
- Operate a store with confidence and creativity.

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
