Chamberlain Building Services is now hiring an Assertive Hunter and Sales Professional to lead the sales efforts as a Maintenance Sales Representative… are you ready to roll up your sleeves and partner with the area’s leading Energy and HVAC Services Company? We’re looking for a savvy and confident business developer with B2B sales experience to grow our Hamilton Branch.

We will provide you with a designated territory, as well as comprehensive on the job training including industry specifics that are helpful in building services/solutions specific knowledge but not necessary for success in this role. With our uncapped commission structure, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your business development skills to earn unlimited income while building a new sales territory.

Qualifications preferred for job candidates:

As a Maintenance Sales Representative you must have ambition, and drive to succeed, with excellent networking and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the business workplace and geography of the assigned territory. Must have solid understanding of sales process, sales planning, territory development, and pipeline management to complement strong direct selling competencies.

- 3 or more years of experience with business-to-business sales (with sales to all levels of management)
- Experience and proven territory development skills
- High energy level, strong work ethic, can do attitude, and highly effective interpersonal style.
- Post Secondary Degree in related field (Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferred)
- Willingness and aptitude to learn the technical aspects of the job
- Proficient working with various software including Microsoft Office Suite, social networking sites, and web-based programs
- Industry experience preferred, but not necessary – (Experience and/or knowledge in facilities, HVAC, or energy / sustainability services are a plus, but not required)
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s license

Compensation

- Base salary of $60,000 to $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
- Un-capped Sales commission plan
- Group insurance benefits including health, dental, short-term disability, and life coverage.
- RRSP Group Plan
- Cell Phone and Vehicle reimbursement.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
