Required Qualifications

- Robust analytical and computer skills.
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of sales KPIs, customer retention metrics and commercial reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Financial acumen and understanding of business profitability drivers.

Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Performance

- Support the development and execution of revenue growth strategies established by division leaders.
- Monitor revenue performance and profitability across customer and supplier portfolios.




- Prepare revenue forecasts and performance reports for division management.

Sales Operations

- Supervise Account Managers and support a consistent customer experience.
- Track individual and team performance against operational and commercial objectives.
- Establish best practices and standardized processes for account management.

Data Analysis & Pricing

- Analyze sales trends, customer performance and market conditions.
- Monitor margins and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize profitability.
- Produce reports on won and lost business opportunities.
