Sales Representative – Doors, Moulding & Hardware

About Us: Meta Doors & Finishing Products is a specialized supplier of skilled doors, mouldings, hardware, and other building materials in the Greater Vancouver area. We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Representative to join our team.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in the construction, renovation, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
- Legal Status: Must be a Permanent Resident (PR) or Canadian Citizen.
- Language: Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred (Ability to conduct professional business with local contractors and manage existing client accounts).
- Mobility: Must possess a valid BC Driver’s License and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Core Competencies: Strong market development skills. Proven ability to identify and acquire new customers through site visits, cold-calling, and other proactive channels.

Responsibilities:

- Business Development:



Actively identify and connect with construction projects and contractors throughout the Lower Mainland to generate new business leads.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell our comprehensive range of interior/exterior doors, mouldings, and matching hardware/locks, etc.
- Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, including on-site measurements, product selection, quoting, follow-ups, and payment collection.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with developers, general contractors, and finishing carpenters.

Compensation & Location:

- Compensation: Negotiable (Base Salary + Commission).
- Work Location: Based at Meta Doors & Finishing Products office with field activities across the Metro Vancouver area.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
