We're looking for a highly organized Sales Specialist to help turn phone calls, walk-in customers, and online inquiries into managed opportunities.

This role is focused on customer service, follow-up, organization, and moving customers through the sales process.

You do not need fireplace experience.

We can teach products.

We're looking for attitude, accountability, and strong customer management skills.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls
- Greet showroom customers
- Create and manage customer files in HubSpot
- Follow up on quotes and opportunities
- Keep customers moving through the sales process
- Support sales floor coverage
- Work closely with our sales team
