We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team serving the provinces of Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK), and Manitoba (MB). In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your passion for sales combined with your expertise in business development and customer engagement will help us achieve our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and growers in your assigned territory.
- Provide agronomic support and product recommendations based on customer’s needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.




- Conduct on-farm visits for product demonstrations and follow-ups
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven agriculture sales experience is a must.
- Agronomy degree, diploma or demonstrated agronomy/farm experience.
- Familiarity with agricultural and farming practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
