Position Summary: Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Sales Support coordinates dealer-facing sales operations for TYM Canada's dealer network — from order processing and inventory allocation through dealer communications and sales reporting — as the company moves from setup into active sales.

Job Functions:

- Process dealer purchase orders and coordinate unit allocation and shipment scheduling
- Maintain and update dealer inventory, pricing and program information
- Support the sales team with quotes, order status updates and dealer inquiries
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution on shipment tracking and delivery timelines
- Prepare sales reports, dealer performance summaries and market data as requested by the Sales Manager
- Assist with dealer onboarding, agreements and program enrollment documentation
- Maintain CRM and sales database records and ensure data accuracy
- Support trade shows,



dealer events and promotional program administration
- Respond to dealer inquiries regarding orders, programs and product availability

Job Qualifications:

- 1+ years of sales support, customer service or sales coordination experience, preferably in distribution, equipment, automotive or wholesale
- Robust communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and an ERP/CRM system

Preferred Qualificaitons:

- Experience working at a dealership or dealer shop
- Dealer-network or franchise environment experience
- Post-secondary education in business, sales or a related field
- Bilingual — English and French or Korean
