Senior Salesforce Functional Lead

Location:

Toronto - 4 days onsite

Contract: 12 months

Pay Range: $63/hr INC

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, user journeys, and business requirements.

- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements walkthroughs.

- Translate business needs into

Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and Salesforce automation.

- Develop Salesforce proof-of-concepts to validate solutions with stakeholders.

- Provide functional solutioning aligned with enterprise architecture, compliance, and data governance.

- Work with technical teams on integrations with core banking systems and data platforms.

- Guide functional designers and developers during solution delivery.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to manage and prioritize the backlog.

- Define KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.

- Support change management, training, and user adoption.





- Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce business processes.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a

Salesforce Functional Lead / Functional Consultant

.

- 3+ years of experience in the financial services or banking industry

.

- Strong hands-on experience with

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

.

- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in large, regulated enterprise environments.

- Strong understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, and financial products.

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, user stories, and solution design.

- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working in

Agile environments with Jira and Confluence.

- Experience working with enterprise integrations and data platforms.
