Tality Wellness is looking to hire a manager for our upcoming sauna + cold plunge + cafe in Squamish, BC!

Your ultimate goal as manager is to offer a consistently abundant, repeatable, and expected, experience at both the sauna studio and cafe service; by providing a very hot sauna, ice cold tubs, and unlimited kombucha in a clean and relaxing atmosphere, in addition to amazing drinks and service on the Cafe side.

Your responsible for ensuring all sessions and cafe services run smoothly with appropriate supplies, and attentive and friendly hosts. Solve problems, implement solutions, and run a smooth operational ship with dedicated hands. Set up staff and facilities for success. Have a get it done attitude while always improving systems, aesthetics, and the customer experience.

Previous barista and/or management experience in a cafe is highly preferred.





Our ideal manager will be able to manage both the sauna studio operations and the cafe operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Hosting sessions and serving / ringing in cafe drinks

- Acting as shift leader

- Inventory management and ordering

- Staff hiring and training

- Facility maintenance and upkeep
- Water chemistry testing and balancing
- Coordinating and scheduling with trades and/or cleaners
- Troubleshooting problems on the fly

- Updating and improving SOP’s
- Basic office work including emails and slack management

Additional training required
- Basic First Aid / AED

Tality will provide cold plunge and water chemistry operations training, Aufguss training, and more! Expected hours is ~40 hrs per week, with a 2-4 week initial training period.

Must be generally available through weekends and the evenings as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
