The Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) invites applications for a term SchoolsPlus Facilitator assigned to the JL Ilsley Family of Schools. This role leads team-oriented, cross‑agency service delivery for students and families at risk, supervising Community Outreach Workers and coordinating with school leaders. Requires a Masters in Social Work or equivalent, and minimum 3 years’ experience with interagency work.
