SCREENPRINTER OPERATOR

Position: Full-Time

Pay: $21/hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Screenprinter Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed products efficiently and accurately. Experience with automatic screen printing machines, screen preparation, and DTF printing will be valuable for this position.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate screen printing machinery, ensuring proper alignment and registration of designs.
- Operate automatic screen printing machines and perform manual machine operations as required.
- Prepare screens, inks, and other materials needed for printing.
- Burn and prepare screens for production.
- Monitor printing operations and maintain consistent print quality.
- Make machine adjustments as needed to ensure accurate printing.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and help prevent production downtime.




- Assist with packaging finished products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements & Experience

- Experience operating an automatic screen printing machine is preferred.
- Manual screen printing machine experience is an asset.
- Experience with burning/preparing screens is highly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with DTF printing is an asset.
- Previous screen printing or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and print quality.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced production environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
