This is a calling-only role focused on outbound B2B prospecting. Your primary responsibility is to engage decision-makers, generate interest, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.

There is no closing required, your success is measured by the quality and consistency of meetings you book.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B cold calls to targeted and pre-qualified lead lists
- Engage with business owners, operations managers, and technical decision-makers
- Deliver a clear, structured, value-driven pitch
- Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward booking meetings
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery/demo meetings for the sales team
- Accurately log call activities, outcomes, and notes in the CRM
- Provide daily or weekly activity summaries

Ideal Profile

- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, SDR, or BDR roles
- Strong, clear, and confident phone presence with a qualified tone
- Comfortable speaking with US-based prospects and decision-makers
- Skilled in objection handling and call control




- Self-disciplined and reliable in a remote/freelance setup
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Nice to Have

- Experience calling into industrial, SaaS, IoT, controls, or automation industries
- Prior experience booking meetings for technical or high-value solutions
