The Role The Seasonal Merchandiser willassume responsibility for the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). In this role, you will be responsible fo r growing Ganong’s presence within the territory by managing sales activities, merchandising products, and maintainin g strong relationships with retail partners.

Who You Are

We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable individual with strong computer skills to manage sales reports, track inventory, and handle merchandising responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting territory goals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

- University Degree or equivalent experience in the retail food industry.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (per km mileage will be provided)
