Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and demos to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology or specialty items
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining an attractive store environment
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers during peak hours and prioritize tasks efficiently




- Maintain transparent communication with team members regarding stock levels, customer requests, and store updates

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base better
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to connect confidently with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
