Overview

Northscape Inc. is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our seasonal snow and ice management team. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are explicit and safe for our commercial clients.

Core Responsibilites:

- Operate snow plows, skid steers, or other heavy equipment to clear parking lots and driveways.
- Perform manual snow shoveling and snow blowing on sidewalks, walkways and stairs.
- Apply salt or de-icing agents to properties as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed at each site.
- Respond promptly to on-call requests, often with short notice, based on weather conditions.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in snow removal (plowing, shoveling and salting) preferred, but will train motivated individuals.
- Valid driver's license ( Class G)




- Must be available 24/7 and on-call during snow events, including nights, weekends, holidays.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labour, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and working outdoors in extreme cold, snow and ice for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality are MANDATORY.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION IS FOR INDIVIDUALS WILLING TO WORK VARIOUS SHIFTS AND FOR LONG PERIODS AT A TIME, INCLUDING NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.......MUST BE AVAILABLE AT SHORT NOTICE AND 24/7 DURING WINTER MONTHS......NOVEMBER TO APRIL

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
