Security Guards (Mobile Patrol & Static)

We’re currently accepting applications for Full-Time Security Guards and Mobile Patrol Drivers to join our Campbell River portfolio! This is a excellent opportunity to work at a variety of sites and be part of a supportive, professional team. The role can be physically active and may require availability to work mornings, days, nights, and/or weekends. Schedules and timings vary by assignment - with various fixed/permanent full time roles available, as well as opportunities for casual or part-time work if desired.

Wage: $19.49–$22.53 per hour (assigned by job)

Training Wage: $19.00

What You’ll Be Doing?

- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and the public
- Write clear, detailed reports (incident, emergency, liability, and daily activity reports)
- Watch for and report irregularities such as security breaches, safety hazards,



and emergencies — and contact emergency responders when needed
- Provide first aid and medical response when required
- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of people, property, and equipment
- Use phone and computer applications to communicate site activity

- Excellent customer service mindset
- Solid understanding of non-violent crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Sharp observation skills
- Ability to stay calm, make quick decisions, and work independently during emergencies

What You Need:

- Valid BC Security License
- Class 5 or Class 7N BC Driver’s License (required for Mobile Patrol)
- 6 months of security experience and/or 6 months of customer service experience is an asset
- Basic First Aid (OFA Level 1) or higher is an asset
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Good physical fitness - ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
